The two lane window patching machine PROLINER makes larger formats possible. With a working surface of 1100 mm it gives the flexibility to produce a variety of different products. From classic bag in the box packages to allowing a glance at the content inside – everything is possible.

  • Electronically controlled time belt feeder series, automatic compensation of the feeder timing in case of changing friction or belt wear, feeding length adjustment via teach-in-button with only one single blank
  • Film length adjustment via digital input, and during machine operation
  • Automatic position alignment of cutting cylinders, suction cylinder in case of cycle change of film length reduces set-up times, defined machine stop position avoids operation errors and reduces standstill times

USER AND MATERIAL FRIENDLY

  • Chemically nickel-plated, tooled steel inserts for suction holes (optional), cleanser-resistant, minimal wear, minimal risk of scratches on the film
  • Laterally movable delivery ensures better ergonomics when mounting heavy film reels or working on the cutting station
  • Intelligent adjustment-free jam monitoring at the chain station, safe and time saving

Integrated manufacturing

H+S offers components for an automatic work flow, between die cutting and length folding process, which reduces manpower.

Pre-feeder

Placed in front of a window patcher, pre-feeders of the series PF will handle pile heights of up to 600mm, available in one- and two-lane versions. Movable on wheels, these pre-feeders are easy to combine with any window patching machine.

Automatic stacker

Placed behind the window patcher, the stacker builds accurately counted piles of windowed blanks and delivers them to a subsequent conveyor system.
